HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY CESHORE CRAFTS?

It is important to take care in protecting your precious handmade ceshore crafts to ensure its longevity. Use clean white cloth to wipe off dirt. Please do not put your CESHORE crafts in the dishwasher.

Remember shell crafts is delicate so, keep the item on your desk at work, sit it on your bedside table or coffee tables at home, place it on display and you will be the envy of all your friends!

HOW DO I TRACK MY PHILIPPINE ORDER? 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Philippine orders via our local courier - or $6 for 1-3 BUSINESS DAY delivery within Metro Manila and 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS for outside Metro Manila. This means you will receive real time updates of your orders status direct to your nominated email at the time of checkout. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email ceshorecrafts@gmail.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email ceshorecrafts@gmail.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON THE CESHORE WEBSITE?

All orders on CESHORE are processed in USD.

For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, CESHORE process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement. 

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email ceshorecrafts@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

AM I ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER OR DROP OFF A RETURN? 

Orders purchased online cannot be picked up in store as these purchases are sent directly to our fulfillment company. All returns are to be addressed with our online Customer Service team.

MY ORDER STATUS IS 'UNFULFILLED', WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
